Gratitude includes being thankful not only for what we have, but who we are, the opportunities that have come our way, and the skills and health we might enjoy. It includes our strengths and weaknesses, challenges and gifts. Why should we be thankful for our challenges and problems you ask? Action for Teens
Life is a gift. Give thanks to the people and situations in your life. Make a list of all you are grateful for. Show your gratitude by reaching out and thanking the people in your life. Action for Children Think of three things for which you are grateful. Write about them or draw a picture. Think of the people in your life who you are thankful for and thank them….in person, on the phone or by sending them a note or card. |
