Part of the work of the Education Committee has been to support initiatives in other parts of Canada that engage youth in advocating for peace.
The "80 km for 80 years: Pugwash to Truro Peace Walk in September 2025 involved Gandhi Foundation's board members, Kathrin Winkler and Reva Joshee. Kathrin was a key organizer and Reva was a speaker at the youth conference. These are two videos that document the event.
